” An affidavit is filed in the court today by the Secretary, Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi. The
specific plea of the petitioner is narrated in para 6 that P.B.B.Sc.(N) qualification granted by
Indira Gandhi National Open University is recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. That it is also
notified in the Part-2 of the Schedule of the Act as contemplated under Section 15 of the Act In
terms of the same necessarily the Government would have to pass appropriate orders. Call next
week to ensure that the relevant orders are passed by the Government. ”
