Programme of the Supplementary Examination of ANM Course April 2023

As a regulatory body for Nursing and Midwifery, the Gujarat Nursing Council is the vanguard for quality Nursing Education by ensuring that Nursing and Midwifery personnel are competently educated and trained to deliver Professional Health Care.

Recently Gujarat Nursing Council published latest Circular/Notification regarding Programme of the Supplementary Examination of ANM Course April 2023

Details of the Circular:-

The Written examination will be conducted in the following order:

Place: – Place of written examination will be intimated along with seat numbers.

Monday 17″‘ April 2023—-MIDWIFERY

Tuesday 18″‘ April 2023—Health Center Management

Notes :-

1. The Examination form to be filled online only. Marksheet Fee 5 Rs/- + Hall Ticket Fee 25 Rs/- + Examination Fees 400 Rs/- Total 430 Rs/- to be paid online.

After online submission of examination form, take print of the report. Take signature of the students in front of his/her name. Generated report is to be signed by the principal and send to the Gujarat Nursing Council on or before 14^t‘ MARCH 2023.

2. Hall ticket will be generated online from 12″ April to 15^t‘ April 2023 for those students whose passing internal marks have been uploaded within given time Authorities of the concerned school will be responsible for its completion and signatures required thereon before sending candidates for examinations.
3. No names should be sent unless a candidate fulfilled the minimum required attendance asper INC syllabus and has passed all the institutional tests, otherwise fees once paid shall not be refunded as per the
4. After sending examination forms, if anyone remain absent at any time it will be theresponsibility of concerned authority to inform the council with dates immediately by A.D. post.
5. INTERNAL EVALUATION MARKS OF STUDENTS TO BE ENTERED ONLINE, PORTALWILL BE OPEN FROM 6^T^ APRIL to 15T^ APRIL

Mission of the Gujarat Nursing Council:-

–         Maintain uniform standard of Nursing Education in the State of Gujarat.

–         Provide the registration for entry in to the practice.

–         Be an open, transparent, responsible and accountable organization.

Function of the Gujarat Nursing Council:-

1. Registration :

• Registration of qualified candidates to practice in the state of Gujarat.
• Verification of Registration Certificates issued from the council whenever there is a request from any employer across the world. The documents communicated is cross checked with the existing records for authenticity.
• Renewal of previously registered candidates with the council.

2. Examinations and award Diploma :

• The Council is an approved Examination body for the Examinations for Diploma ANM, Diploma GNM and Post Basic Diploma Nursing Courses.
• The Council conducts the examinations twice a year.

3. Approval and Supervision of Institutions :

• The Council conducts inspections to verify the teaching, learning facilities as well as programme conduction at Nursing Educational institutions.

4. Look into the complaint against nurses :

• The Council takes disciplinary actions against the nurses found to be observing unethical behavioral or mal practice.

5. CNE :

• Organization of continuing Education Programme for nursing professionals.
• Award credit hours for CNE Programmes organized by Education institution and hospitals for the purpose of renewal of Registration.
