🟢 International Nurses Day is celebrated on May 12 every year to honor the contributions of nurses around the world. The day was first observed in 1965 by the International Council of Nurses (ICN) to mark the birth anniversary of Florence Nightingale, who is widely regarded as the founder of modern nursing.
The theme for International Nurses Day 2023 is “OUR NURSES OUR FUTURE.”
The theme highlights the important role that nurses play in shaping the future of healthcare and their contribution to achieving universal health coverage and investing in nursing for holostic betterment
